I had such a wonderful experience with Ashley! She gave me a **Microdermabrasion Diamond Facial** and a **PemSpa Relaxation Massage**, and I can honestly say it was one of the most relaxing and refreshing treatments I’ve had. Ashley was incredibly professional, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire session. The facial left my skin feeling so smooth, bright, and rejuvenated, and the massage was the perfect way to unwind. She really took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything she was doing, which made the experience even better.

I visited PemSpa at the beginning of the year and had a fantastic massage from Jo (sorry for the late review). It was so fantastic I still remember and want to write a review to really thank Jo and everyone for the experience. First, Jo is amazing. She is thoughtful, friendly and very skilled. I felt like my massage and experience was tailored for me specifically and I am very thankful for that. She really took the time to ask me what I wanted and check in with me throughout my massage. At the time I was struggling with some upper back and neck tension that was causing some severe TMJ issues and Jo really helped resolve those. Second, I want to thank management for helping me with some scheduling issues. I look forward to scheduling another massage :)

First time coming to PemSpa and I left feeling so incredibly relaxed after my massage and facial. I was so relaxed that I almost fell asleep, which I don’t normally do during these types of services! I saw Ashley and she was just amazing. She was patient, kind and extremely knowledgeable about what she does. I left feeling so rejuvenated. Additionally, the spa was extremely welcoming and very clean. I cannot wait to come back again!
